This constitutes an order for photography. It is understood that all digital files are copyrighted and remain the property of the photographer, Ashley Wheat/Ashley Wheat Photography and may be used for marketing purposes. This includes use on social media, websites, printing, etc.

Although all care will be taken with the digital files recorded at the photoshoot, the photographer will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver images. If images are lost or damaged, the session fee will be refunded.

The deposit is to be paid at the time of booking. Date and time are secured once deposit has been received. Images will be selected and final payment will be made at the Reveal & Ordering Session.

One Reveal & Ordering Session is included. Anyone involved in the selection and ordering of images should be present at the Reveal & Ordering Session. If a second ordering session is required, a $100 fee will be added.
