Model Release Form

I hereby authorize Ashley Wheat Photography to publish photographs/images taken of me and/or my dependents for use in print or online marketing materials. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary, and I will not receive compensation associated with the taking or publication of the above-mentioned photographs. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photographs confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I hereby release Ashley Wheat Photography, it’s contractors, it’s employees, and any parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability from any claims by me or any party in connection with my participation.

Photographers ask their clients to sign a model release form in order to use the images for marketing purposes. This simply allows our prospective clients to see a gallery of our work and determine if we are a good fit for their photography needs.
